Classic Chevy Bench Seat – Full Rebuild and Custom Upholstery

This bench seat came to us from a classic truck — likely a 1970s Chevrolet — in rough condition, with torn vinyl, deteriorated foam, and multiple breaks in the frame. We fully disassembled and rebuilt the seat from the inside out. The steel frame was repaired and reinforced to restore proper support before new foam was installed.

The new upholstery features a slightly refined stitch pattern inspired by the truck’s newly installed headliner, bringing a cohesive look to the interior. The vinyl selected maintains the vintage character while dramatically improving comfort, durability, and overall finish.

This restoration blends craftsmanship and authenticity, returning a classic piece of automotive history to better-than-new condition.
